About emeraldhope

I am 63 years young, in a great 29+ years marriage to my soulmate, Steve. I have 6 kids from ages 45 to 18. I am Grandma to 4 kids, and my life has always been ever changing. From troubled beginnings, messy in-betweens, and gentler times. I am always learning and growing. Time doesn't stop just because I have had all I can take, or even when I found out I have MS. Each change brings opportunities and deeper faith. I found out in Dec. 2012 while being prepped for back surgery that I was diabetic 2. I had been in so much pain from my back, hearing I have diabetes was really minor to me.
